Tap a meal to open it. If you do not like a meal you can tap the "switch meal" button to change it. Check the "ingredients" tab for the macros of each meal and the ingredients you will need in order to prepare it. Tap "method" to move onto the other tab and follow the recipe instructions.
If you want to see and manage past or future meals, you can browse through your schedule by tapping the arrow icons left and right of today's date.
