Strong & Sxy is suitable for men and women over the age of 16 years old.
Workouts
The app offers a variety of workout programmes based on your personal data, fitness level and goals. There are options suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced users.
There are three workout guides to choose from: Lean, Strong, or Maintain. A gym and home version of all three guides is available. You can also choose how many times and which days you would prefer to work out every week.
Workouts include demonstration videos for every exercise and you have the option to adjust the number of reps and amount of weight you use for each exercise.
In addition, workout programmes are fully customisable, so you can always tailor them to your needs.
If you are injured we do not recommend you take on Strong & Sxy unless you have the all-clear from your physician to do so. In saying that, certain injuries may actually require further strength training and/or mobility in order to heal properly. Ask your physician to provide you with specific moves that you can and cannot do and modify your workouts accordingly.
Strong and Sxy has prenatal & postnatal plans available for pregnant women. The information presented in these plans is to guide. It is your responsibility to ensure you implement them safely and tailor them to your specific requirements.
Meals
The app offers a variety of meal plans based on your personal data, fitness levels and goals.
Available dietary options include vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian; or you could select 'standard' if you do not have any special requirements.
Strong & Sxy meal plans are not tailored to specific allergies and other dietary requirements. Users with such requirements (e.g. gluten-free, allergic to nuts etc) will have to adjust the recipes available on the app themselves.
Strong & Sxy is suitable for women who are pregnant, breast feeding or looking to conceive.
Strong & Sxy is not suitable for any individual who has a history of eating disorders or medical illness.
Should you have any doubts about whether or not the meal plans available on the app are appropriate for you, we would recommend checking with your physician and/or nutritionist.
