The first time you access Strong & Sexy you will be asked to provide some personal information and to select your preferred diet and workout guide. There are three workout guides to choose from: Lean, Strong, or Maintain - a gym and home version of all three is available. You can also choose how many times you would prefer to work out every week.
Our engine will take all this data into consideration and generate a personalised 4-week programme for you to follow. After completing four weeks, Strong & Sxy will intelligently review your performance and recommend where to take your training next. Whether you have just got a new gym membership or looking to increase the difficulty of your plan - your plan adopts to you.
