The first time you access Strong & Sxy you will be asked to provide some personal information and to select your preferred diet and workout guide. There are three workout guides to choose from: Lean, Strong, or Maintain - a gym and home version of all three is available. You can also choose how many times you would prefer to work out every week.
Our engine will take all this data into consideration and generate a personalised 4-week programme for you to follow. After completing four weeks, Strong & Sxy will intelligently review your performance and recommend where to take your training next. Whether you have just got a new gym membership or looking to increase the difficulty of your plan - your plan adapts to you.
Please note that the plan Strong & Sxy initially generates for you will need to run for four weeks before it resets to adapt to you. However, every time you make changes on the settings page (by tapping "edit", updating your options and tapping "update plan") your plan will also reset. This means that the aforementioned 4-week period will start over each time you amend your details.
